For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we”, “us”, “our” refer to Zooni Ventures LLP, whose registered office is located at Kailash Vaibhav B Wing, F-135/136, Park Site Rd, Hiranandani Gardens, HMPL Surya Nagar, Vikhroli West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400079.

The terms “you”, “your”, “user” or “visitor” refer to any natural or legal person visiting our website and/or purchasing from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Information

All descriptions, images, prices, and specifications of our products are provided for general information and may be subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure accuracy, but we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free.

As most of our products are made to order, all weights mentioned are a close approximation. The gold, diamond and gemstone weight mentioned on the website for any product purchased may vary due to size selections or other reasons. Further, as per industry standards the company states that the total carat weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from the stated weight. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing. However, it must be noted that the amount charged for gold is on the net gold weight of each item and not on the overall gross weight, barring variances.

It must also be noted that the natural nature of gemstones used in each piece may/will vary in their colour, cut, size and shape. These variations make each piece unique.

3. Billing Information

You will be required to provide your full name, address & PAN for billing purposes. It is mandatory for all orders above INR 2,00,000 to be accompanied with a PAN as per Indian law. In case of foreign nationals, a passport copy will be required.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Zooni Ventures LLP or licensed to us and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

5. Use of Website

Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense. You may not create a link to our website without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or from any content posted on the site by us or others.
