Returns & Refunds

We accept gold product returns only within 24 hours of delivery, and only in rare cases where the product is found to be damaged, incorrect, or defective.

Our Silver range can only be exchanged or upgraded. 

To request a return:

Email us at info@zooni.in within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Please note:

  • Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags, invoices, and certificates intact.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you to use our approved logistics partner.
  • Once verified by our quality team, a refund (after applicable logistics and handling charges) will be processed.

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind, size issues, or style preferences
  • Customised, engraved, or made-to-order products
  • Products showing signs of wear, tampering, or missing components

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us at info@zooni.in within 24 hours of delivery. Include photographs clearly showing the issue. Upon confirmation, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.

Additional Notes

  • Products altered or resized by third parties are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Missing certificates will incur re-certification charges.
  • Zooni reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request deemed excessive or unreasonable.
