Zooni Exchanges

We offer a lifetime exchange on all Zooni pieces, as a token of our long-term relationship with you.

Within 1 year of purchase:

• 100% Value of Gold at current rate on the date of exchange
• 80% Natural Diamond value at current rate on the date of exchange
• 50% Lab grown diamond value at current rate on the date of exchange
• Discounts applied at the time of purchase will be accounted for and deducted accordingly.
• Any other materials & charges will be excluded from the exchange value.
• Current rates at the time of exchange will be determined by us.
• Exchange is applicable for another Zooni product only.
• Product must be non-customised or non-personalised, in original condition, and with all packaging and documentation.

Beyond 1 year:
Exchange value will be determined based on the product’s condition and our prevailing exchange policy.

Additional Notes

• Products altered or resized by third parties are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Missing certificates will incur re-certification charges.
• Zooni reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request deemed excessive or unreasonable.
