Payments & Authorizations

All complete payments need to be made online via the payment gateway through any debit or credit cards, net banking or payment wallet as provided on the payment gateway for the order to be finalized and placed with us. The User shall be responsible for payment of all applicable taxes in addition to the price of products disclosed on the Website.

Advance or Part Payment

We may, at our sole discretion, request you to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by you before dispatch of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order. Any advance amount paid by you at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by us in the event of cancellation of the order by you, for any reason whatsoever.

We shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any transaction, resulting from the cardholder exceeding the preset limit agreed between us and our acquiring bank.
